No way — the dryer did that to the shoe? How funny. I can never understand how if my kids have just one pair of ratty ugly shoes, they never get lost, but get them TWO pairs and you can never find them. And of course they only tell you they can’t find their shoes the moment you’re ready to load up the van so you won’t be late to church. So of course then you have to stop everything and hunt for shoes until in frustration, you make him wear his older brother’s shoes even though he’s tripping over them.

Not that that’s happened at our house recently or anything.

I kid you not, I spend 88% of my time looking for shoes, socks or sporting equipment! When we built our house, I was determined to not have that problem. In our mudroom, each kid got a cubby, a hook to hang their coats and bags, and a drawer for their shoes.
They are full of shoes, just very few that fit or have matches. It’s the weirdest thing. And those drawers don’t smell good, and have sand and dried red mud in them. Instead of cleaning them, I’ve just left town. lol

I’ve been playing with your darling pictures, when I get something I come up with something I’m not embarassed to show you, I’ll send them back!

Crazy that the shoe shrank! I didn’t realize they would do that! At our house my kids always have to hunt for their shoes…every morning. I try to have a place they can put them, but it never works for long.

I shouldn’t be laughing, but I am! Mostly because I know that exactly how you feel!

My mess today is I started a huge laundry project which I should have saved for next week–why did I just do this to myself?????

My 2 little girls are always losing their shoes. I keep their Sunday shoes in my church bag, and put them on when we get to church. I bought two of the same pair of shoes for the toddler and that has been working really well because when one shoe is lost, we usually still have 2 or 3. Who would have guessed??? A shrinking shoe?

This is hilarous (only because it’s NOT happening to me right now)! Shoes & socks are from the devil… none EVER fit my kid’s fat feet.

I had no idea those shoes would shrink–wow! In your house shoes are like socks in mine.
