I forget everything. My youngest starts kindergarten this year, and I haven't even made the effort to get his shot records. They were supposed to be registered in April or May. Slacker! I don't know if we've left the house without a diaper on, but I used to have to stop and buy them constantly. And once, my middle son, who was potty training had such a horrendous blow out and I had no wipes or a change of clothes that I had to buy a gallon of distilled water and paper towels from a convenience store and pour it on him in a parking lot. Then make him ride naked for an hour on the way home. He cried the entire time. It was awful. But, I couldn't take him in a store to buy anything naked! And the poop pants weren't going back on.
