It keeps us fresh so that we can remain up to the job! I took piano for years, was never that good. But, occasionally think of getting a piano and picking it up again. I sometimes miss it. Reading it brought back so many good memories growing up. I loved listening to you play. I can remember so many times singing the songs with you as you played while I was doing things around the house. Even as an adult, I am still touched by how you play. I never bonded with playing the piano like you did and I never understood how you didn't get into that program. Call it little sister love, but I think you are very talented. I love that you teach your children to play. Anyway, you are so right. It is so important to take care of mom. I think we tend to believe we either don't have time or can't take time, but we are better moms if we do. For me, singing has always been my out. I find music that suits my mood and I sing with everything I have. I may not be Whitney Houston, but I can hold my own. :) Stacey, I love this post.
