My husband is the Director of the IT department for a big scrapbooking company and brings home stuff all the time. I have a love/hate relationship with it. I'm sure you remember what my house looked like when I was pregnant with the boys. Pregnancy is hard, especially at the end. You have years and years of time to have a perfectly clean house, but you have every reason to take a break right now. Although, the rest of your house always looks so clean. You are awesome!
