Holy Moly. I was so certain I too was having a large baby as my daughter was 9 lbs and I was bigger with this one. Also...really wanted him to arrive much later (he was 2 weeks early) but he came one week after his big sister's birthday. You are a warrior and my kinda gal (I was weeding 7 hours after my water broke!) Congratulations on a healthy and beautiful child. OMG, 9lb 12oz NATURAL? Holy Moly.

So every time, I too get nervous and think will this really go so smoothly again? And all the other 7 have. I like natural child birth too. In may ways, it is a lot easier. My worst was when I allowed a nurse to bully me into an epidural. Great story and congratulations!!! Big families are fun.
