Hi there – I’m popping in from Write On Edge .
At first , the whiteness gives the impression of a cold and possibly clinical setting devoid of emotion , although it also serves to capture the reader’s attention and create that sense of mystery ; the placement of this young and obviously disturbed 12-year old , changes the initial perception , especially the physical evidence of his anger/pain .
A great piece … and highly visual .

I can absolutely visualize this, and it’s horrifying. Is he locked up because he is violent or is he violent because he is locked up? Either way, how terrifying to be in that room.
